We take your privacy very seriously. This app does not collect or store any personally identifiable information in any form, including but not limited to:

• Your real name, contact information, government-issued ID numbers, or other identifying information
• Precise geographic location or device location information
• Contacts, SMS content, or call records
• Device unique identifiers (such as IDFA, IMEI)

We may anonymously collect some user interaction patterns for product optimization purposes. This data will never be used for advertising or data monetization, nor will it be shared with any third parties.

Data Storage and Security

To conserve your iCloud storage space, we host image resources on Tencent Cloud, while all user data (such as sleep records, sleep goals, usage preferences, etc.) is stored in your personal iCloud account through Apple CloudKit.

• All images used for recognition or calculations are temporary data, automatically destroyed after processing, and are not saved locally or uploaded
• All data transmission is completed through HTTPS or equivalent encryption technology, ensuring data is not intercepted or tampered with
• The CloudKit data synchronization process is managed by the Apple system, compliant with its industry-leading security and privacy standards

Your Rights

• Right of access and informed consent: You have the right to know whether we are processing data related to you
• Right to deletion and withdrawal of consent: You may revoke camera or speech synthesis permissions in system settings and delete data stored in iCloud at any time
• Right to restrict processing: If you believe our processing activities exceed the necessary scope, you have the right to request that we restrict processing
• Right to complain: You may contact us by email at any time to raise objections, or file a complaint with a competent data protection authority

As the product continues to evolve or laws and regulations change, we may update this privacy policy. If significant changes involve the scope of data usage, we will provide prominent notice within the app and obtain your explicit consent before processing any new types of data.
