1. Introduction
Welcome to the SleepCore sleep health management app. By using this app, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using it immediately.
2. User Data
We never collect or store any personally identifiable information.
All data is securely stored in your iCloud account through Apple CloudKit.
Features involving image processing (such as body type recognition) are processed temporarily via Tencent Cloud and never store or cache image information.
3. User Data and Privacy Protection
We may collect the following information, solely for implementing app functionality and optimizing the user experience:
- User-entered data: such as sleep records, notes, and sleep goals, used only for local storage or user-authorized iCloud syncing
- Device diagnostic information: such as crash logs and anonymous usage statistics, used only to improve app stability and performance
- Data storage: all data is controlled by the user, stored only locally or within the user's iCloud account; we do not operate servers that store any user information
Data Deletion:
You may delete your data at any time through the app or system settings. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

4. User Responsibilities
Users should ensure that the data they provide is accurate and complete.
The following actions are prohibited when using this app:
- Any illegal activities or actions that infringe upon the legitimate rights of others
- Attempting to access or tamper with other users' data
- Distributing viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
Users bear sole responsibility for any consequences arising from improper use of this app.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, icons, illustrations, and features of this app are owned by or legally licensed to the SleepCore developer.
You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to use this app. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it for other purposes.
6. Disclaimer
- This app is a health recording tool only and cannot replace medical advice or treatment
- We are not legally liable for any health issues or losses arising from the use of this app
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, force majeure, or user actions
7. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate some or all services at any time due to system maintenance, legal requirements, or other reasons. Users will be notified through in-app announcements.
Users may stop using this app at any time. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using it immediately.
8. Agreement Updates
We may update this agreement due to changes in product features or legal policies.
Significant changes will be notified within the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of your country or region.
In the event of a dispute, we recommend resolving it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Account and Data Deletion
SleepCore does not require account registration. All data is stored locally or in iCloud.
If you wish to delete sleep records or usage data, you can do so by:
- Uninstalling the app
- Clearing iCloud data in device settings
